Tilapia Tacos w/Tomatillo Salsa

It doesn't get much better than homemade fish tacos and tomatillo salsa!

"Tilapia Tacos w/Tomatillo Salsa"

Tilapia Fillets
  • Tilapia Marinade - w/olive oil, cayenne, sea salt, black pepper, fresh garlic, lemon, jalapeno
  • Roma Tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Red Onion
  • Corn Tortillas (2 per taco)
Let the fish marinade for at least 15 minutes. Heat up the grill (charcoal gives it a better flavor) and cook for roughly 3 minutes on each side.

Tomatillo Salsa
  • Tomatillos
  • Onion
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Jalapeno
  • Sugar
  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper
I used about 2 lbs of tomatillos and a cup of white onion. You can use the rest of the ingredients according to your taste preference. Throw it all in a blender and enjoy. Put the extra salsa in a jar and save it for later!
